1 Litre no Namida, Ichi Rittoru no Namida, lit. "1 Litre of Tears"; also called A Diary with Tears or A Diary of Tears) is a dramatic tragedy diary written by Aya published shortly before her death. The diary, a true story based on her own life, was originally written in first person. It is about a girl coping with her teenage life along with a degenerative disease. She keeps a diary of not only what she does but how she feels and the hardships she must endure. Initially, the diary's purpose was for Kitō to chronicle impressions she had about how the disease was affecting her daily life. As the disease progressed, however, the diary became Kitō's outlet for describing the intense personal struggles she underwent in coping, adapting, and ultimately trying to survive her disease. As she notes in one entry,

"I write because writing is evidence that I am still alive."

she always cried in front of her friends..no matter what she kept praying and she want to be someone great..so, she must stop crying~

it's ok to fall down.
anyway we can still get up. isn't that a good thing?
while falling down look up the sky.
the blue sky high up my head, seems so wide and limitless..
can you see it smiling at you?
i am still alive..

teaching from handicapped buddies~
1...as a handicapped, if we always don't move forward, we will never change and improve ourselves
2...instead of pursuing things that are already lost, we might as well treasure the thing we have now
3..if we always moan how clever we are used to be, it will only increase our depression...

aku seyesly sedey and sangat sayang cte ni sebab ia seolah2 memberi aku semangat untuk hidup~bila terasa down dan masalah yang datang menimpa-nimpa tanpa henti, carilah semangatmu yang hilang itu sebab life must go on...whatever happens even it is so hard to move~rite?
aku dah khatamkan banyak kali cte ni.. ntahlah bape kali pun aku tak ngat..aroun lapan kali kot..haha..banyak tak? haa ini menandakan cte ni best dan sangat menyentuh hati dan perasaan...ramai kawan2 aku nangis tengok cte ni..adik aku pun..aku memang rekomenkan cte ni kat korang kawan2 aku sume sebab cte ni menggambarkan seorang yang sangat kuat semangat dah nilai kekeluargaan yang sangat tinggi...
jadi sape2 yang tak tengok lagi, tengoklah!! nescaya korang takkan menyesal~percayalah kata2 aku..huhu~
